The Best Custom Graduation Invitations - My Highest Self

The Best Custom Graduation Invitations

It’s now the end of February and before you know it school will be winding down and there will be graduation parties galore.  Do you like the online invites that a lot of people send out today?  It seems like a lot of people do a Facebook invite or a group text lately for parties and I’m so over it!  I am old school and definitely prefer to send invitations by mail.  Finding a good way to put them together on a budget can be a project.  Today I’m partnering with Basic Invite to share how you can get custom-made invitations for your event.  Basic Invite is an online destination where you can not only design and customize beautiful paper invitations, but receive a real sample in your hands before committing to your order.  Basic Invite is one of the only websites that I have ever used that gives customers a printed sample so that you can feel the quality of the paper, as well as the colors and customization that you chose.

At Basic Invite, you can easily put together invitations for your graduation, birthday parties, wedding, bar mitzvah, baby shower, holiday celebrations, and more.  The online customization process is quite detailed, but incredibly user-friendly.  With almost unlimited color choices and instant online previews, you can customize until you are satisfied with your creation.  You can choose your fonts, colors, design elements, all the details that make the invitation just the way you want it.  This is probably my favorite feature on the website because I am very detailed and love to change things up.  Here are a few of my graduation favorites from Basic Invite:

Once you have your invitation design complete from paper choice to font down to colors, you can then choose from over 40 different envelope colors.  It’s the ultimate finishing touch.  One of the other great features of Basic Invite is the address capturing service.  You can simply share a link on social media to request your friends and family’s addresses and they get stored in your customer account.  You select the addresses during the design process and Basic Invite offers recipient address printing at no cost on all Christmas card orders.  Gathering all the addresses is my least favorite part of sending out invitations.  This feature is so efficient!

If you have a party or special day coming up, try Basic Invite to design your invitations online.  Don’t forget to order some thank you cards for graduation this year!  Check out a couple of my favorites:

Gone are the days when we used to get these designs done from a professional. Now, everything has become so easy and we can make invitation templates. These designs are so beautiful.

I love all the different options. I remember when invitations used to have to be done by professionals but now we can all save money! Or at least the options to!

This is great. I can remember way back when on-demand printing and desktop publishing didn’t exist. I love that we have so much flexibility these days. These invitations are awesome.

These are great option cards. I’m quite old school so I’ll probably go with the classic design. I really like the last one – the grey thank you card with a burgudy envelope.

I love the choices. They even offer one for if you do not want your picture on it as my son did. I have never order things such as these via the internet for the simple reason that I wanted to touch and see up close my choices and the finished product. Thanks for enlightening me!

Good to hear, Gladys! I love that there are options without photo as well.
