Hard Candy has actually been one of my “best kept secrets” in makeup favorites for several years. I call them a secret because they are only available at Walmart. More specifically, the Blush Crush Baked Blush and So Baked Bronzer are two items I use quite a bit. A while back I received two Blush Crush Baked Blush for review: Honeymoon and Pin Up. I actually already owned the Pin Up shade (purchased a couple of years back) and love it. It has been featured in a couple of my Face of the Day posts here and here.
L to R: Honeymoon, Pin Up
Hard Candy Blush Crush Baked Blush swatches like a winner, with gorgeous pigmentation to flatter and blend out to your desire. Honeymoon is a pretty pink and Pin Up is a stunning champagne shade. I just go gaga over champagne or golds that I can use as a highlighting shade. Honeymoon is great for a “light blush” day and as I said, I have been loving Pin Up for a couple of years. It’s a perfect highlighter in my opinion.
Available at Walmart and Walmart.com, $7.00.

Have you tried anything from Hard Candy lately?
They are both very pretty, and I could definitely see myself wearing Honeymoon (pink). Every time I go to Walmart (it’s far so it’s not that often), I stand there in front of the Hard Candy display and always walk away empty-handed. I never know what to get. I’m going to have to revisit all your old Hard Candy posts and make a list before my next WMT visit.
