A while back my sister took me out to a nice lunch for my birthday. I am finally sharing the photos from that day, why do I procrastinate so?? We lunched at La Hacienda in Addison and I can tell you the food was pretty good but the drinks were better. The service was definitely lacking but let’s not dwell on that :).
I had the fish tacos and my sister had the fajitas, which were loaded with shrimp, steak, and chicken. I think her choice looked much better than mine!
Enough about the food, can we talk about this drink for a minute? We both had the same, a margarita swirled with sangria–a Sangria-Rita! I love a margarita and I love sangria, the two got married and it’s a match made in heaven. I would probably go back to La Hacienda just for the drinks!
Obviously, the conversation and Sangria-ritas were the highlight of this lunch for me! Thanks to my sister for taking me out, can’t wait to do it again :).
