I cannot contain my excitement for this new OPI release! Love the packaging, the colors, and the concept. The new So So Skullicious mini pack includes four mini lacquers in bright and bold colors. The set includes 10 nail decals, all with a Dia de los Muertos theme.
So So Skullicious is only available for a limited time at professional salons, ULTA, and more for $12.50 suggested retail.
