The Refreshing Crackling Ice Body Water from Perlier is one of the more interesting body care products I have tried in a very long time!
In a pump aerosol can, the product hits your skin with a chilled feeling and starts crackling! As you smooth it over your skin it crackles and pops some more.
Even though I knew it was supposed to crackle it still caught me off guard the first time, it was so unusual! It feels like a gel while smoothing over my skin, sinks in quickly and has no sticky residue. While it does leave my skin with a softer feel, it is not moisturizing like a lotion. The lemon sorbet scent is absolutely delicious as I applied it but it does not last long. That’s really too bad as I feel like it would become a favorite if the fragrance had staying power.
Perlier Refreshing Crackling Ice Body Water is great for a quick skin refresher after being outdoors in the warm months. It really does give you a nice chilled feeling and smells so good. I just wish the yummy fragrance lasted after application! HSN.com, $24.50
