As a member of BzzAgent, I received the new Playtex Secrets Balconette Underwire Bra for review. I can tell you I have not looked even once at a Playtex bra since I was maybe 13 years old. The brand has never caught my attention. The new Playtex Secrets bras come equipped with TruSupport, a 3-way support system and a new sexy fit!
I was highly skeptical that this bra would fit properly, be comfortable, and flattering. After trying it on, I was absolutely impressed on all levels.
For about the past 7 years, the only bras that I wear are this style from Frederick’s of Hollywood. They provide the coverage, comfort, fit, and flattering shape that I have not been able to find anywhere else. After wearing the Playtex Secrets Balconette Underwire Bra for a day, I threw out one of my old Frederick’s bra in the nude shade. It has been replaced!
Overall, I love the higher sides, comfortable straps, rounder cups for proper coverage, and wider back on this Playtex Secrets bra. The molded, padded cups are a must for me and the underwire is the most comfortable I have ever worn! I am also pleased that this bra provides a flattering shape under all types of clothing, even t-shirts.
At a retail price of $37.00, I will definitely be purchasing a few different colors of these Playtex Secret bras! Available at Kohls (on sale now for $21.99) and other retailers. Sizes 36 B to 44D.
