Power the Creativity Event with Energizer and Crayola in Chicago #PowerCreativity

Last week, I was invited to take my kids to the “Power the Creativity” blogger event in Chicago.  We headed out to the Family Grounds Cafe to have some fun and experience the newest offerings from Energizer and Crayola.

While Ollie and Ruby played at the cafe I had the chance to learn some things about Energizer Max Batteries with Power Seal Technology.  Did you know these batteries hold their power up to 10 years on the shelf?  Neither did I!  I know we’ll be stocking up for the holidays!

We also got to preview all the latest products from Crayola, powered by Energizer Max Batteries.  The Glow Dome was so cool!  I just love toys that glow in the dark.  While it was near impossible to pry Ollie away from the train set at the cafe, Ruby quickly fell in love with more than one of these new Crayola toys!

I fell in love with the latest from Energizer, Flameless Wax Candles!  You can enjoy the look of a real candle without the flame.  These are perfect for a home with kids so you never have to worry about accidents.  The LED light never needs replacing and even has a 4 hour timer.  These flameless candles have a realistic flicker and are even scented just like real candles, love that!

I can’t wait to put my Energizer Flameless Candle on display for the holidays!  I was so impressed with the new offerings from Energizer and Crayola.  There were so many items that would make great gifts this year.  Be sure to stay in the loop with Energizer on Facebook.

Will you be stocking up on Energizer batteries for the holidays?

Disclosure:  I wrote this review while participating in a campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Energizer. I attended an event and received a promotional item to thank me for my participation.
