Review: Sun, Air, Sky Fine Fragrance Mists from Bath & Body Works - My Highest Self

Review: Sun, Air, Sky Fine Fragrance Mists from Bath & Body Works

A while back I told you Bath & Body Works debuted the Air, Sun, Sky collections.  I picked up the Fine Fragrance Mists for just $6 each at that time and wanted to share my thoughts.  This collection includes Violet Lily Sky, Pear Blossom Air, and Golden Magnolia Sun.  Bath & Body Works called these “the softest, freshest fragrance collection ever imagined”.

Air Sun Sky Bath Body Works Review

Pear Blossom Air

Fragrance notes from BathandBodyWorks.com:

Top Notes: Crisp mandarin vapor, Grapefruit, Red Apple, Crisp Greens

Mid Notes: Crisp Green Pear, Narcissus, Gardenia

Dry Notes: Heliotrope, Orris, Cedar wood, Driftwood, White Musk

Pear Blossom Air is a really nice scent, I typically like fragrances that have pear and apple.  It is very light and in no way overpowering.  I think it ends up smelling more floral as it wears down, I wish the fruit scent lingered more.

Golden Magnolia Sun

Fragrance notes from BathandBodyWorks.com:

Top Notes: Cassis Nectar, Mandarin, Apricot, Lotus flower, Leaves

Mid Notes: Jasmine, Peony, Water Orchid, Sheer Freesia, Pink Magnolia

Dry Notes: Caramel, Vanilla, Amber

Golden Magnolia Sun is probably my favorite of these three.  The florals of jasmine, peony and magnolia are so fresh and vibrant.  Again, the scent is very light.

Violet Lily Sky

Fragrance notes from BathandBodyWorks.com:

Top Notes: Pomelo, Pink Pepper, Sparkling Bergamot Juice

Mid Notes: Honeysuckle, Fresh Violet , Gardenia Water, Whipped Lily Petals

Dry Notes: Sheer Sandalwood, White Amber

Violet Lily Sky just did not click with me for some reason.  The scent confuses my nose, if that makes any sense at all.  For some reason the way the florals and other notes mix does not make this one very appealing to me.  All I know is it smells like something I don’t like to wear!  Weird.

Overall, if you are looking for a very light fragrance mist, choosing one from the Sun, Air, Sky collections could be up your alley.  These are all lighter in scent than any typical Fine Fragrance Mist that I own from Bath & Body Works.

Find these collections at BathandBodyWorks.com, $14 each for the Fine Fragrance Mists but there is ALWAYS an awesome sale going on.

Products purchased by me.

Have you tried any of these three yet? If so, what did you think?
