Personally, the thing that bugs me most about wireless carriers is that most require a 2 year contract every time you renew if you want to get the best phone at the best price. Then you are stuck, whether you end up liking the service or not.
Everyone I know always has a complaint or two about their current service but most are in a 2 year contract and just feel like there is not much they can do about it.
I had hoped that somewhere along the way things would change. The Hello Better campaign from U.S. Cellular is showing us that they believe we deserve better! How about that?
A study conducted by U.S. Cellular shows that 56 percent of the respondents admitted to being unhappy with their carrier over the past year but only 35 percent of all respondents have ever switched their provider. Why do we accept service that we are unhappy with?
U.S. Cellular provides its customers with a ton of great plans to choose from, both for single line and multi-line for families. Guess what, after your first contract ends you are not required to sign another contract!
What I think I love the most is the Rewards Program. Does your carrier have a rewards program? Yeah, neither does mine! With the U.S. Cellular Rewards Program you earn points just for being enrolled in certain Belief Plans every month. You also earn rewards for adding a new line and even for having a birthday!
