Tru Blooms (Second Harvest) Fountain of Roses Eau de Parfum - My Highest Self

Tru Blooms (Second Harvest) Fountain of Roses Eau de Parfum

Back in August I introduced you to Tru Blooms Chicago Eau de Parfum (First Harvest).  Tru Fragrance, based in Chicago, developed a unique initiative where flowers grown in Chicagoland gardens are harvested and used to create a unique fragrance.  It was the first time a fine fragrance had been made from ingredients taken from the public spaces, streets, urban farms and neighborhood gardens of a community.  Tru Blooms Fountain of Roses is the Second Harvest, the second unique fragrance never to be repeated.

Tru Blooms Fountain of Roses Chicago Review

Tru Blooms Fountain of Roses is a watery floral of rose geranium, lily of the valley, pink rose petals and more.  The base of warm musk and blonde woods ground the fresh florals and make it such a beautiful fragrance for any time of year.  While the notes also include sparkling orange and kumquat zest I don’t actually detect those when wearing this scent.

What a nice, unique gift this would make to a Chicago native or even a friend from out-of-town.  What a way to show off your city!  Anyone who loves Chicago or just loves the perfect limited edition rose perfume, Tru Blooms Fountain of Roses is worth checking out.
