It’s finally feeling like Spring/Summer here in Chicago and dinner on the grill makes the whole family happy. Anything from steak to fish to veggies and more…they all taste better on the grill. We were so pleased to receive the Grill Master Complete Grilling Collection from Urban Accents. This kit would make a great gift for Father’s Day!
This set of small batch blended premium spices from Urban Accents includes four dry glazes and four rubs/spice blends.
All the Dry Glazes are all natural with no MSG. I have not had the chance to try these yet but I get the feeling the Teriyaki, Orange & Ginger will be a favorite!
However, I can tell you firsthand that the Argentina Steak Rub tastes amazing on grilled steaks! The garlic and lemon in this rub is absolutely delicious.
I can also tell you that Sonoma Pepper is the perfect blend for cooking salmon. These filets were actually cooked in the oven in foil packets with a little butter. It rained the day we planned to grill these so oven-cooked was the next best thing. The lemon orange pepper spice blend is so nice on fish. It is heavy on the pepper so next time I think I will use just a bit less before cooking.
