So, I have been talking about getting back into a workout routine since January 1st. Well, let’s get real: I’ve been thinking about it for 3 months now and even that’s exhausting me! I’m so unmotivated right now. I just don’t know what is finally going to get me moving. I need to change my eating habits and exercise every day.
Last year around this time I started working out almost every day and eating better. I felt better and looked better but when I got on the scale after about 6 or 8 weeks the numbers just bummed me out. I know that’s not the right way to look at it, but that’s what happened. Maybe writing all this down will knock some sense into me. Motivation, go!
