Although I typically use a shower gel, I do like to try bar soaps now and then. In the past I have fallen in love with a few from Yardley London and LUSH. I received two of Yardley’s Botanical Soaps for review a short while ago and thought you might like to know more about them!
The Jasmine Pearl Bath Bar contains Mother of Pearl for added radiance and is moisturized with Sesame Oil. I found the scent to be beautiful and it provided squeaky clean skin. For my skin, the Sesame Oil was not as moisturizing as I had hoped.
The Lemon Verbena Bath Bar contains Shea Butter for its moisturizing effects and also Pure Citrus Oils. I adore the fresh scent of this bar! It has been perfect for a quick shower after a bike ride or walk with the family. I found this bar to provide more hydration to my skin.
Overall, these bath bars from Yardley London are really nice for Summer and SO inexpensive at around $1.49 each. Find them at Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS and more.

Have you tried Yardley London soaps yet?
I used to use Yardley in high school, and I think I tried to get one of the ad agencies I worked for to pitch Yardley to try to revive the brand. I don’t know who owns them now, but I love the new look of the packaging. In spite of the fact that I use shower gels and creams, I also use bar soap too. I will definitely buy the Lemon Verbena. It is one of my favorite scents, and I usually grow it in my garden.![My Profile](https://myhighestselfblog.com/wp-content/plugins/commentluv/images/littleheartplus.png)

I do love the packaging as well! I have turned my mom into a super-fan of the shower gels from Yardley, she loves them. I need to get her some of the soaps. I love that you grown Lemon Verbena in your garden! Hope you like the soap :).
