Before the new year hit, I already knew that I wanted to make a few changes to improve my life. Last year, it was a bit of a free-for-all when it came to food. I really just ate whatever…whenever. This year (and after that) I intend to eat with a more balanced lifestyle in mind. Lean Cuisine and a few other brands from Walmart can help me with that plan!
I have actually been buying Lean Cuisine meals weekly for a few years now. Old favorites like Sesame Chicken have gotten me through many busy days as a mom. I am pretty psyched about new meals like these awesome Three Cheese & Spinach Pretzels, they are SO good!
What I love about Lean Cuisine is that each meal is just the right portion so I don’t even have a chance to over-do it at meal time. This year, I want to incorporate Lean Cuisine into dinner time in addition to lunch. I’m thinking if I can replace a large portion, high calorie dinner with a Lean Cuisine item a few times a week, it will be a good thing. I also just learned about the Walmart Lean Cuisine Feel Great Money Back Guarantee: Buy 10 Lean Cuisine items and if you are not satisfied, get your money back! Sounds like they are confident in their products.
I am a coffee and Coffee-Mate fanatic (did you see my fridge?) and am aware that my sugar intake can be over-the-top. An adjustment is needed but I am NOT willing to give up my flavored creamers. Just, no. I can easily switch to Sugar Free Coffee-Mate and I won’t miss any of the flavor in my daily coffee.
Walmart always has a great selection of Coffee-Mate creamers with several sugar free options.
The last piece of the puzzle in helping to get my meals more balanced is finding a low-calorie sweet treat. Loading up a bowl full of ice cream just won’t work for my lifestyle goals. After discovering Skinny Cow Divine Chocolates, I now have an alternative when I get a sweet attack.
I mean can you believe this little 3-pack of peanut butter and chocolate candy is just 130 calories? Let me tell you these are delicious and I don’t go around praising just any old candy! #WowThatsGood
Overall, I am looking forward to incorporating these small but important changes in my diet. It’s good to know that all these items are easily accessible at Walmart, too.

Hi Stevie! I have to watch these Skinny Cow chocolates like a hawk, everyone in the family loves them!
I love both Lean Cuisine and Skinny Cow. I don’t drink coffee, but I don’t where I would be without the other two for easy meals and sweet cravings.
