As a mom of two kids, ages 5 and 6, it can be tricky to let my kids play on the computer during free time at home. While many sites may offer unlimited content, a ton of it is definitely not kid-friendly.
We tried Kidoodle.TV, a site designed specifically for use and navigation by kids 12 and under. You can use it on your desktop or iPad/iPhone. I set up a profile for each child and it only shows programming for their age group. The kids can click away and I don’t have to worry they will click on something they should not watch. I really like the variety of programs. They watched everything from My Little Pony to Rescue Bots and even classic shows like Jem and the Holograms and Inspector Gadget! In the Parents Room on Kidoodle.TV, you can also turn off or turn on shows individually as well.
