While shopping Sephora.com a while back, I picked up the Glam Glow Fizzy Lip Exfoliating Treatment. I was lured in by the adorable SHINY sphere that it is packaged in. I hear nothing but great things about Glam Glow as a brand, so this was me dipping my toe into the waters, so to speak. From Glam Glow: A multi-Action fizzy exfoliating treatment to instantly renew, energize, & smooth the look of lips. Featuring an exfoliation complex of Caribbean Cane Sugar, Hawaiian Sea Salt & Hibiscus Flower Powder. Boosted with an antioxidant rich tropical fruit blend of Sweet Almond Oil, Guava, Cherimoya, Star Fruit, Lychee & Mangosteen and TEAOXI® Moroccan Mint Leaf for sweet minty kissable lips.
I mean, is that a helluva description or what? They got me, hook, line, and sinker.
As soon as I received my order in the mail, I stored the Fizzy Lip Treatment away in my storage drawers in my bathroom. I don’t know if the lid wasn’t on tight or what, but a few days later I noticed that the oil had leaked out everywhere. That made me pretty annoyed I have to say. I gave it a try anyway. All you need to do is apply a liberal amount and massage it on the lips to exfoliate for up to 10 seconds. Then add a bit of water for the fizzy action. The fizzing is pretty subtle but it does happen! Rinse with warm water and you are left with soft and better-looking lips! I found this treatment to work very well, even with my little mishap/leak.
In short, I LOVE this lip treatment! I try to use it twice a week to keep my lips looking and feeling like perfection. Of course, now I’m REALLY dying to try all the different Glam Glow masks and other treatments they offer!
