For the past few weeks I have been testing the H2O Plus Sea Salt Body Wash. The fragrance of the Sea Salt line is an ocean-type scent. It smells of fresh air with a distinct menthol or mint fragrance to it.I was immediately taken back in time after my first use. You see, H2O Plus body wash is the very first beauty splurge I made when I got my first real job after college. I believe I bought it in an actual H2O Plus store downtown. I remember buying the body wash and then heading over to Carson’s to buy a Clinique skincare set. I was finally making real money of my own and beauty products were my luxury of choice. The body wash I had back then had this same menthol (mint?) fragrance. It is so funny what memories fragrance will bring back. For that reason, I absolutely adore the Sea Salt Body Wash!
Another good quality, it is thick so you do not need a lot of product to produce a lush lather. I found the Sea Salt Body Wash to be very moisturizing, but also very invigorating to my skin. Besides purifying Sea Salt, the ingredients include Red Marine Algae to maintain balanced skin and firm texture; Japanese Green Tea Extract for antioxidant protection; Vitamin A and Provitamin B for help against environmental damage and calming skin.
The H2O Plus Sea Salt Hydrating Body Butter is wonderful in conjunction with the body wash. I enjoy the hydrated feeling of my skin with this combination. The key ingredients include Shea Butter for intense hydration; Green and Paraguay Teas, powerful antioxidants that repair damage from environmental stress; and a Hydrating Marine Blend (Wakame, Sea Lettuce, Fennel) that optimizes skin’s moisture balance and helps with free radical resistance.
The H2O Plus Sea Salt Skin Smoother is a body scrub that has also become a favorite. The ocean/menthol fragrance and the texture of this scrub both put me into the spa frame of mind. After a long day there is nothing better! I use it once or twice daily in the shower and love how the steam enhances the scent and makes my pores feel open and clean.
Overall, I am so happy with the H2O Plus Sea Salt line. I especially love that it takes me back to my first beauty splurge as a young woman. As I said in a previous H2O Plus review, I would consider these high-end items since they are priced at $17 for the 12.5 fl. oz. body wash, $21 for the 8 fl. oz. lotion, and $27 for the 24 fl. oz scrub. However, they are formulated with wonderful ingredients and are all generously sized. You do not need a lot of product at all to get fantastic, spa-quality results. All of these details make this line worth the extra dollars.

Krystle, I have been loving the Sea Salt line! I’m so glad I got to try it as the body scrub has especially become a favorite because the texture is so nice, not too chunky at all.
I remember using H2O+ products a long time ago. It’s one of the first few brands I’ve ever tried. This sounds like a great line, and I’m quite interested in that body wash.

The mint is great for the nose while showering and really makes skin feel clean! I love that the body butter is not too thick also.
