I found that it does have the potential to live up to the name 1,000 Watts, but you do have to place the glitter. When you apply the lip gloss you don’t get a lot of the sparkle right away. Just keep dipping the applicator and place more sparkle where you want it!
I still think Hard Candy is one of the best inexpensive brands around! You can find Hard Candy at Wal-Mart, easy to pick up with your essentials.
