Swatch & Review: IT Cosmetics Hello Light Creme Luminizer and Brow Power Lift Illuminating Pencil

As we’re hitting the home stretch of winter, illuminating is a no-skip step in our makeup routines. We want that sunshine-y glow year round, don’t we? IT Cosmetics has two brilliant highlighters for all of your illuminating needs: the Hello Light Creme Luminizer and the Brow Power Lift Illuminating Pencil.

The Hello Light Creme Luminizer might look a little familiar, since it’s in the same packaging as the Vitality Flush Color Stain Stick. It’s also got the same consistency and shape. This cream illuminator is a light beige with small shimmer particles that gives you a long-lasting glam glow. This product is idea for highlighting on your cheeks, chin, forehead and even your nose. I like to apply by rubbing my finger onto the stick and using that to blend it into my skin, otherwise I pick up foundation onto the luminizer stick. The Hello Light Creme Luminizer also includes anti-aging ingredients like peptides, hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed collagen and anti-oxidants. This highlighter is great for all skin types because it doesn’t feel heavy or slick, but also doesn’t accentuate any dry patches.

The Brow Power Lift Illuminating Pencil is great for highlighting small areas, like right underneath your brows. This dual ended pencil contains a matte highlighter and a pearl illuminator, both a champagne pink shade. The matte highlighter is great for simple brow bone highlighting while the pearl illuminator adds a bit of shimmer tho the mix. What’s great is that this pencil comes with a sharpener in the box. I also like using this product on my cupid’s bow to  create a pouty lip.
