This is my new favorite mascara. And I do NOT say those words lightly.
I’ve been trying out the Mally Volumizing Mascara for the past couple weeks now, and I’ve fallen head over heels in love with this product. I would even go as far as to say that I like it better than Benefit’s They’re Real. You’re thinking I’m crazy, right?
Mally Volumizing Mascara is a lighter, wet formula that is very black. Because it is a wetter formula, it’s not ideal for a lot of extra layers, but I swear you won’t need more than two. This does a great job with immediately adding volume to my lashes, as it’s intended, but also added insane length! I have such a hard time finding mascaras that perform exceptionally in both categories, and this really impressed me. This mascara is also seriously clump free. I couldn’t get clumps to gather if I tried!
The brush is on the smaller side, thin and straight. I personally prefer wands like this because they’re so much easier to maneuver and, being the klutz I am, I’m less likely to end up with mascara all over my eyelid.
Now the reason I say that this is even better than They’re Real is because, in my opinion, my lashes look naturally full and long while wearing the Mally Volumizing Mascara. It doesn’t really look like I’ve got a ton of mascara on, or much on at all rather; it looks like I’ve got naturally full, gorgeous lashes. I’m loving this for the cleaner, polished looks I’ve been sporting this fall.
As for lasting power, this mascara works its butt off all day. I’ve worn it through a 6 hour work day plus 3 hours of class and my lashes look just as lifted and curled as when I first apply at 8 in the morning. I haven’t experienced any smudging whatsoever from this mascara.
The Mally Volumizing Mascara is priced at $20, which for me as a college student is a tad expensive for a mascara. However, I’ve NEVER been happier with the results of any other mascara, drugstore or high end. I would definitely splurge on this. I certainly want to try the waterproof formula next. Have you tried this mascara yet? Do you have a favorite you’d like to tell me about?
I’m not familiar with Mally. I’ll look for it next time I’m at Ulta.

Huge difference! I love Mally’s product but I have never tried her mascaras. My all time favorite mascara is Smashbox HyperLash 🙂 Thanks for the review.
I’ve never tried the Smashbox mascara but I recently tried LORAC PRO mascara, and this is way better!!!

Love this Miranda! I have always loved Mally’s mascara. It is probably a HG for me, but since I could normally only order it off QVC, I just got tired of waiting and have been using They’re Real. But once Mally hits my Ulta, I am back on board. Your lashes look amazing!

Why don’t you order it from Mally’s website?

This mascara looks fantastic but you’re right $20 is a little priey
Yes, but I think in the future I’ll find myself splurging since it’s better than a lot of high-end mascaras I’ve tried, too! It’s the first mascara that I’ve tried that the quality justifies the price.
