As a mom of two wonderful kids (aged 4 and almost 3), I’m always trying to keep them eating and drinking healthy as much as possible. That being said, my kids do eat cookies, ice cream, candy and all that fun stuff—just in moderation. When it comes to what they drink, I only let them drink REAL fruit juice, milk, and water. That’s it, not too many other options unless you want to get into serious sugar intake. We had the chance to try a brand new drink for kids, O.N.E. Kids* Coconut Water. My kids just love these little “juice boxes” (the don’t know it’s healthy!) and I love that it’s good for them! Out of 4 flavors (Orange, Fruit Punch, Apple, Raspberry Lemonade) my son’s favorite is Raspberry Lemonade and my daughter’s is Apple. I suspect my son’s affinity for Wow Wow Wubbzy caused him to pick something similar to DazzleBerry Lemonade. If your kids watch Wubbzy you’ll know what I mean! 🙂
Overall, I love that my kids like drinking O.N.E. Kids Coconut Water, it’s a healthier and more hydrating option to juice!
