Last night, we took the kids to Disney on Ice presents Rockin’ Ever After at the United Center in Chicago. We all had so much fun and ate way too much popcorn and cotton candy for a school night! See all the show photos on Facebook.
Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy hosted a night of ice skating tributes to some of our favorite Disney movies like The Little Mermaid, Brave and more.
The opening of the show was a rendition of The Little Mermaid and the stage was colorful and beautiful. Both Ollie and Ruby had eyes glued to the stage for the whole show. Ruby kept saying “I want to do that!” every time one of the ice skaters accomplished another amazing trick. Too cute!
Both Ray and I enjoyed the talented ice skaters and fun songs as well. I think I enjoyed the rendition of Brave the most as there was a lot of action. I know Ollie really got into that too.
When Belle appeared, Ruby was squealing in excitement! It was a priceless moment with her in a princess crown, smiling from ear to ear. Every character in the show was a delight to see and the finale was awesome! See all the photos from the show on Facebook.
