All I have to say about Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter is love, love, and more love! After reading about these and seeing swatches by Nouveau Cheap, I decided to buy Lollipop since I’m so drawn to fuchsia these days. I adore everything about this product and this color.

One of the first things that I loved about the Lip Butter is that the lipstick stays flush with the applicator. To me that means that I don’t end up nicking the product with the cap when I try to close it! I do this all the time with my lipsticks.
I was a bit skeptical of the flat, oval shape but quickly found that this shape makes for a really easy and even application, even on the cupid’s bow area!

Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter feels literally “like butter” gliding on your lips. I love the glossy, shiny finish and the Lollipop shade is just a fabulous bright fuchsia with a touch of shimmer. I like to do two or three swipes of this color on my lips for maximum color. While the color will wear off while drinking/eating, this product leaves behind a nice amount of color and gloss even afterwards. This is unlike some lipsticks that wear off unevenly, leaving you looking a bit wonky! One of the best things about the Lip Butter is your lips never feel the least bit lacking of moisture, just like a balm!
Overall, as I said, I love everything about the Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter and will definitely buy more shades in the future. I found mine at Target for around $7.00.
P.S. You can see a photo of me wearing this shade when I attended a recent Chicago event here.
Have you tried Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter? If so, what’s your favorite shade so far? If not, what’s your current favorite lip product? Leave a comment, I’d love to hear from you!
I have lollipop as well and I love the color! Reminds me of spring time!
Well, I just read that L’oreal has a new product called Colour Riche Balm that sounds very interesting too. Time to go hunting!
I never tried Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter, but I LOVE that shade (it’s exactly what I wear myself) and your review makes it sound really great. I’ll have to pick that up!
