In February, I reviewed a gorgeous nail color from the new Revlon ColorStay line. In that post you can find a detailed review with swatches, and some comparisons to the regular Revlon line. Long story short, I fell in love with it.
This time, it’s Wild Strawberry and this shade is a favorite of mine. I think I have the most fuchsia-type colors in my collection. I have had this bottle displayed with some of my pretty flakey polishes just because I think it’s so pretty! I adore this particular color as much on my nails as in the bottle.
What you see is just 2 coats of Wild Strawberry in these photos, nice coverage!
As I said previously, I’m in love with the formula of Revlon ColorStay! It is the perfect thickness that makes for great application with practically zero mess. These are around $7.99, which is considerably more than a regular Revlon. I’m hard on my nails as a SAHM so it’s not feasible for me to really have a “long-wearing” polish. That’s why I did not purchase the special base coat and top coat needed for this to be as long-wearing as Revlon claims. P.S. – I’ve actually had Wild Strawberry on my toes for 2 weeks now and I love it even more for a pedicure!
What do you think of Revlon ColorStay Longwear Nail Enamel? Do you have any in your collection? What’s your current favorite nail polish? Leave a comment and let us know your thoughts!
Thank you all for your comments! I see I’m not the only one loving this one :).
I love this shade too! It’s so pretty!!
I love this line! I got the base and top coat and it’s made ALL of my nailpolishes last! I’m a working mom that types all day and then goes home to cook, clean and bathe my babies and it’s made all the difference! My nailpolish lasts so long now that I get tired of it and have to change it before it chips! I got mine during a sale at CVS – the current one this week is pretty good too. Buy $15 worth of Revlon and get $7 ECBS back or something like that. Don’t quote me on it, but it’s a good deal!
A woman’s work is never done!! It’s great to know the base and top coat works will all your polish, excellent tip for all of us. Maybe I should buy those after all.Oooo, thanks for the heads up on the deal!
I have three of these and love them! A couple of them bubble on me if I don’t apply thin enough coats but I love the glossy shine & how long they stay on! This is a very pretty color!
Lovely colour, very zingy pink!
I love the color! It’s perfect for Spring/Summer. I’m going to try this line. I usually use OPI or Zoya, then put a coat of Seche Vite top coat on.
