Looks like Birchbox has been doing a little custom nail polish mixing with Color Club for this month! According to their blog, they have made four shades for the September 2012 Birchbox:

The names are all based on social media:
Status Update (gray), Put a Pin In It (rose gold), Insta-This (cobalt), and Tweet Me (chartreuse)
I guess they didn’t realize that L’Oreal already has a yellow polish named Tweet Me?

I really like the blue, I was hoping for a nail polish in this birchbox and also some bew fall products to sample.
