Caress Fresh Collection - Aqua Sparkle, Juicy Escape, Emerald Rush - My Highest Self

Caress Fresh Collection – Aqua Sparkle, Juicy Escape, Emerald Rush

Have you seen the latest bath and body items from Caress yet?  I received the Caress Fresh Collection for review and have been enjoying the new scents for some time now.  These fragrances in this new bath and body collection are inspired by fine fragrance, each infused with a unique blend of floral notes.

Caress Aqua Sparkle Body Wash is infused with Lilac Blossom & Aquamarine Essence.  I did some Googling to find out information on an aquamarine flower but had not luck.  I’m not too sure what Aquamarine Essence is if it’s not from a flower.  During my search I did find some interesting meanings in connection with the Aquamarine gemstone:  Aquamarine the stone of the mermaid, is associated with the element of water, peace & the moon. It is a symbol of contentment, serenity and hope. One of the most useful gems for boosting the immune system, due to its cleansing properties, this water stone energizes the throat Chakra encouraging expression and communication. A cooling essence that inspires and softly allows verbal expression. (Source)  As a Pisces, I’m really into this one with its water elements!  It does smell like watery florals, very nice.

Caress Aqua Sparkle Juicy Escape Emerald Rush

Caress Emerald Rush Body Wash is infused with Lush Gardenia & White Tea Essence.  If pressed, I might say this one is my favorite scent of the three.  It has the most pleasing floral scent for me and I love the white tea combo.  There is also an Emerald Rush Beauty Bar for those who prefer a bar soap!

Caress Juicy Escape Body Wash is infused with Sun Kissed Lily & Pink Grapefruit Essence.  The pink grapefruit scent really comes through on this one and I love it for my shower when I need a boost of energy.

Something interesting that I noted when using these body washes is that they clearly have some skin-soothing properties.  I  have a bad habit of picking at the skin on my thumbs and they will often look ragged (gross, I know).  Strangely (luckily?), the morning after showering with one of the Caress Body Washes, my skin was quickly on its way to healing.  My hands had a very noticeable difference in how they looked and felt.  I had not incorporated any new lotions or soaps on my hands during this time so I know it had to do with the body wash.  Strange but certainly note-worthy for me!   Also worth talking about is that all three of the body washes have a great lather on my shower pouf.  I  only had to use minimal product for a bubbly scrub.

Find the Caress Fresh Collection at food, drug and mass retailers, priced around $2.99 (2 pack of bath bars) and $3.50-$3.99 (body wash).

A loooong time ago, when I conducted focus groups for Unilever/Caress, I tested a concept on a line of bath products based on gemstones: emerald, sapphire, ruby, diamond, aquamarine. Seems like they took part of the concept, a zillion years later, and came up with this line. I’m glad it worked for you. I’ll have to check them out for old time’s sake.
