Cocktail Friday: Queen’s Cocktail (low-cal)

If you are in search of the perfect pink cocktail heavy on the strawberry and low on the calories, this one’s for you. Fresh muddled strawberries and a splash of champagne make this drink the perfect addition to your Valentine’s Day dinner!

Queen’s Cocktail

low calorie vodka drink

Ingredients:

  • 60ml (2 oz.) vodka
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 chopped strawberries
  • Splash of champagne

Directions: In a champagne flute, combine vodka, syrup, and lemon juice. Stir ingredients. Top with a splash of champagne and add strawberries.
