How to use the Fit Kit:
FIRST:
Choose the cup that looks closest to your size. Each cup is numbered and has an UP arrow to show you how to use it. Take the cup in hand and without your bra on, bend over a bit and pour the breast tissue into the cup. I recommend standing in front of a mirror so that when you stand up you can see how the cup looks. It should completely cover the breast with no gapping or spillage. I tried two different cups before finding what I thought was a great match. What really helped was trying both sizes on at the same time, one on each breast. That way I could really get a sense of what a cup looks like when it is too large or too small versus one that fits. That made me feel secure in my choice!
NEXT:
Using the tape measure provided take a direct measurement under your bust. This part was a bit more difficult for me. It was a challenge to get the tape measure even all the way around. It was either too high in back or too low. Again, I found it was essential to be in front of a mirror without my bra on while taking this measurement. Consider where your bra band should sit, even in the back and front. I had to try this a few times before being confident that I had an accurate measurement.
Once I had both my cup size and band size, it was time to decide on a bra! There are five styles to choose from:
