Yes, I fell into the Kardashian trap and picked up the Khroma Beauty Au Naturel Nude Lip Set at ULTA! I don’t care what anyone says about Kim K. you simply cannot knock her flawless face. I love it 99% of the time. Khloe and Kourtney are equally beautiful, just not as dramatically beautiful as Kim, in my opinion. Anyway, I gravitated towards the eye shadow first but felt like I had similar shades at home. I decided on the lip set by default.
The set comes with everything you’ll need for “the perfect nude lip”, a lipliner and lipstick 2-in-1:

Just as the package states these three products are “pre-matched for flesh-toned perfection”. They are precisely the same color. I don’t have any issues with the lip liner or lipstick but I can tell you that the lip gloss has THE WORST SCENT ON THE PLANET. I wanted to gag. It is some sort of chemical scent and I thank God that it did not linger. However, it is so horrible that I don’t ever want to reach for this lip gloss again!
I am sure this set will work for others but I did not care for how this trio looked on me. I should have known that such light nude lips would not look great on my skin tone but hey…I’ll admit I was overcome by curiosity :). I found this set at ULTA for $14.99.

Hi Marcia, not a problem even though I hate to be the bearer of bad news, ha ha! Khroma should take a cue from NYX or Hard Candy those are my absolute favorite glosses with scent.
Wow, half the appeal of lip gloss is the taste! Sorry this was such a let down!

Zoey, YES I totally agree! I am reaching for a few Hard Candy Glossaholic glosses daily right now because they smell/taste yummy (and they have gorgeous shimmer). This gloss was a huge let down!
The close-up shot looked good – too bad it didn’t work out. It’s surprising the scent didn’t get fixed during testing. You’d think that’d be a major factor for a lot of people.

Abby, I agree I cannot believe that not ONE person said “hey guys this really stinks”!! Maybe they did but no one really cared? They probably just wanted to push it out and get it sold in a hurry.
Reviews for this brand are popping up everywhere! And it’s like this brand just came out of nowhere (for me, anyway)…
It seems from what I’m reading the lip kit is looking like the best of all the products in the line with the only major drawback being the scent of the lip gloss. I don’t get why it isn’t scented like the lipstick! I think the discordance there would bug me.

Definitely won’t be buying this. That lip color is too light looking for my skin tone. Just not natural looking on me.
Yuck! I am so turned off my strange smells. The product looks nice though. I’m not a fan of those girls either lol
