Lauren Conrad is a powerhouse of beauty and style, in my opinion. I have always found her to be a good role model for young women and unaffected by fame. In a world with so many reality stars setting bad examples for youth, I love that she seems to be leading young ladies in the right direction. Lauren Conrad Beauty is her latest book and it is a wealth of information on a wide variety of beauty topics. It would make a great gift for beauty girls and Lauren Conrad fans alike.
I love that throughout the book Lauren tells stories from her real life and even shows photos of her through the years to show how she has evolved. She gives girls great advice to find your own style and what works for you. She urges not to copy others but to seek inspiration instead. I have been a fan of her website The Beauty Department since day one and you will find gorgeous photos in this book similar to what you see on her site.
