The Royal Lip Lustre Creme Collection from LORAC

Well folks, It’s about that time of year to start thinking about Holiday shopping! I know, you procrastinators are thinking “What?! It’s waaay too early for that!”

However, there are just so many awesome Holiday makeup sets coming out and I want to get your shopping gears grinding. Lets talk LORAC…not only does LORAC make great high quality cosmetics, they also release fantastic Holiday sets at unbeatable prices and this year it’s all royal themed. The one i’ll be reviewing today is “The Royal Lip Lustre Creme Collection” and its available exclusively at Ulta.

Lorac The Royal Lip Lustre Creme Collection

This snazzy little lip kit comes packaged in a cute velvety package and contains 6 full size lip glosses, 3 of which are exclusive to this set.

These glosses are semi-opaque and can be built up if desired and they have a light vanilla scent. The wand is a paint brush style applicator, which aren’t my favorite kind but I can definitely live with it! The formula is amazing and in terms of stickiness, there is none! They are so smooth and creamy feeling the entire time you are wearing them. However, the wear time is short, topping out at about 4 hours…but thats not unheard of for glosses in general.

LORAC Royal Lipgloss Swatches

L to R:

Tiara–  A warm caramel nude. I expected to hate this one as nudes aren’t my thing, but it was surprisingly wearable!

Crown Jewel-  A warm cherry red that looks like the perfect “Holiday red.”

Debutante-  (Exclusive shade) is a warm pink/coral.

Your Highness-  A sheer hot pink.

English Rose- (Exclusive shade) is a pale pink shade.

Majestic- (Exclusive shade) is a dusty mauve.

Wearing LORAC Lip Lustre Lipgloss

There is a lot of variety in this set and the lip gloss lover in your life (or perhaps thats you?) is sure to love the entire thing. The best part of this set…it’s only $25! (Thats just over $4 a gloss!) Their normal gloss price is $15 each, so you are really getting a fantastic deal.

Product received from PR for editorial consideration, all opinions expressed are my own.

What do you think of this LORAC gloss set? Is it on your wish list?

I saw these but I wasn’t sure of the color payoff. Thanks for the swatches.
