Summer Style Wish List Vol. 1

Basically, I am in desperate need of Summer clothing and have been browsing around for days.  I can snap up a Target tank top like nobody’s business, that’s easy and I have the collection to prove it.  The problem is, I need to change up my wardrobe and add a few dresses, shorts, tops, and sandals.  I pretty much never wear dresses so this should be interesting!  I can always find sandals I like so that’s not a problem either.  Finding shorts that I like (and that flatter my shape) will be a huge ordeal.

Here are a few of my recent fashion finds that are now on my Summer style wish list:

This v-neck from Victoria’s Secret is the best!  The lemon print is so fabulous and reminds me of a printed top I had many years ago that I adored.

While I have never made dresses a part of my regular wardrobe, I always find styles that I like.  This printed dress from Forever 21 is definitely worth a try!

I absolutely love this embellished tank from Victoria’s Secret, lime green is definite favorite.  I do wish it was a bit more loose-fitting but the pretty beads make up for that!

I spotted these city shorts from ASOS and fell in love!  They can be dressy or made casual with a tee.  These are at the TOP of my Summer wish list!

This week I will be on the hunt for some denim shorts.  It’s difficult to find a pair that I like since a lot of the styles are SO short these days. I will probably hit Kohl’s or Target so that I can try on a few pairs and get the feel for what I like.  I may try GAP as well, I haven’t been there in a while.  I wore their chinos for the longest time so maybe I can find a few pairs of chino shorts??  Wish me luck!
