I’m excited to show you what’s in my Beauty Box 5 for January 2014! Did you miss Beauty Box 5 November 2013 or Beauty Box 5 December 2013? I was quite happy with both previous boxes. If you haven’t heard, Beauty Box 5 is monthly subscription box that delivers 5 deluxe samples of your favorite beauty brands for just $12 a month.
My January box included:
H2O Plus Spa Sea Lotus Body Wash, 1 fl oz – I am a major fan of the H2O Plus brand, so this little sample was just perfect for me. I actually own the full size version already but I am thrilled that Beauty Box 5 is partnered with one of my favorite bath and body brands! This body wash smells fantastic and will have you hooked if it is your first experience with H2O Plus.
Nubar Cuticle & Nail Oil, .25 fl oz – Again, I am impressed that a quality brand like Nubar is on board with Beauty Box 5. I am enjoying this cuticle oil and it has a very nice fragrance as well.
Swissco Bath & Shower Exfoliating Gloves, FULL SIZE, $5.00 – I don’t know why I never owned a pair of these but I’m glad I have them now! The gloves are awesome for keeping dry skin away, I really like to use them on my arms and legs. It’s a nice feel, sort of like a mini massage!
Jergens Daily Moisturizer, 1 fl oz – Another trusted brand, Jergens lotions are always welcome. I will probably pass this on to my sister, though. I am adamant about keeping my lotion collection under control in 2014!
Epic Blend Hemp Coconut Lip Balm, FULL SIZE, $3.39 – This organic lip balm is coconut scented but it was not love at first sight for me. The fragrance does not seem like fresh coconut but more of an artificial scent. I probably won’t use this one.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the brands that Beauty Box 5 is working with right now! The only item I will not use is the lip balm. That’s ok because I am still loving the lip balm from my first Beauty Box 5!

Interesting stuff! I just signed up for the Bulu Box .. more in the line of health/fitness. Should be interesting as I’ve never tried a subscription service.

Nice product samples for sure, but it makes me realize what a great deal ipsy is. At any rate, I was looking at those exfoliating gloves just yesterday. They look like a good idea 🙂
