A small review for a small product! Meet Bye Bye Under Eye, the full coverage, anti-aging waterproof concealer from IT Cosmetics. This little guy packs a punch with a super thick formula that you do not need a lot of. The shade Neutral Medium is good for my neutral beige skin, as it blends in effortlessly while brightening my under eye area.

What I like about this formula is that it doesn’t dry out my skin or fade away as the day goes on. However, it’s easy to apply too much which can make it feel heavy. The first time I applied it, I admit it was a bit too much and it creased right away, continuing throughout the day. I constantly had to go in and blend with my finger every few hours. However, even with a smaller amount applied, I found that this concealercreased after a few hours when applied on top of the IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream (which is supposed to act as a primer, too).
The travel size, as shown, costs $16 for .11 fl. oz., while the full size of .28 fl. oz. is $24 and double the size (which is still pretty small). I admit that this is the best performing concealer I have tried for my under-eye area, which is notoriously dark–not only because of lack of sleep but also due to the shape of my eyes and how the shadow hits. I really liked how awake and bright I looked with IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye applied.

Hi, we are the same skin color, but i am not sure, about the shade you mentioned, they neutral medium and tan but not tan medium as you mentioned, im confuse about your shade, could you please tell which one is your shade ?
Hi Wilma! Yes, my mistake, the shade is Neutral Mediam (which is still pretty light!)
