A short while back, I purchased Urban Decay’s Rollergirl Palette during their Friends & Family Sale (I think the code was 25% off??) at the same time I purchased the Rollergirl Nail Kit. To me it makes SO much more sense to buy the palettes or a value set of eyeshadows than to purchase one single eyeshadow for around $18. This goes for Urban Decay and all the other major brands I can think of. You can build a great collection of colors and the palettes most always come with bonus items! This one came with a deluxe sample of the Lip Junkie Lip Gloss and a travel size 24/7 Glide-On Pencil.

I found that Woodstock took a couple swipes to get a good swatch, but MAN look at that awesome magenta/hot pink color! I use Woodstock as an awesome crease color that livens up the look. Verve and Suspect were super smooth, silky, like butter with a ton of gorgeous pearly shine! Darkhorse was the most difficult to swatch, it took a number swipes to get some good color on this one. There’s just a bit of shimmer in Darkhorse. The 24/7 Glide-On Pencil in Whisky is a deep brown and (as you know) will stay on 24/7!
The Lip Junkie Lipgloss in Crush went on thick and gooey and I instantly wanted to hate it. The thing is, this lipgloss plumps and cools your lips and the best thing: it just coats your lips and makes them almost look plastic, in a good way! I felt like I had perfect lips as it fills in the lines lines! Oh, and the gloss doesn’t stay ooey gooey, it sticks to your lips just right. I was shocked and very impressed. I expected it to be something I would try and then toss aside. I will definitely wear this gloss again!
I love this palette and it is a great value at $32.00…wait for a sale and it’s an even better deal :). By the way, the Rollergirl Nail Kit is on sale right now at UrbanDecay.com for $8.00!!! That’s a $20.oo savings!
