Now you can stay pretty on the go thanks to the bareMinerals READY Convertible Eyeshadow Palette! This palette is part of bareMinerals Holiday 2014 collection and I seriously love everything about this neat little set. It contains 12 eyeshadow shades, a dual ended brush for blending and lining, and an application tutorial pamphlet for 4 different look ideas.
The whole idea behind this unique palette is that you can pop out the eyeshadows that you used in your look and put them in the travel compact (complete with mirror) to take with you and refresh your look on the go. Each eyeshadow is labeled on the bottom with the name. It was a little tough to pull out the travel compact the first time, but I think I was mainly afraid I would break it. However, it has gotten easier to remove since then.
I must say, this was my second time trying any bareMinerals eyeshadow and I am impressed again! The shadows are smooth, pigmented and wearable with minimal fallout. Most of the shades have some shimmer to them and although some look very bright and intimidating, they blend out nicely once on the lid.
I created 2 looks using the pamphlet they provided. The Ready to Shine look is softer and more suitable for daytime or at the office, while Ready to Party is vibrant and fun and would be best suited for a night out (like the name implies!)
