It’s the season of flaky, and sometimes painfully dry skin for me. At the onset of Winter is when my skin just freaks out and my hands start to crack from how dry they get. As a work-at-home mom, I am washing my hands countless times a day besides washing dishes, doing laundry, etc. Going in and out of the cold and having my hands under water throughout the day contribute to the extreme cracking of skin on my hands and fingers. It’s uncomfortable and quite ugly to look at if we are being honest. After testing, I found I do like all three as each provides a different kind of relief depending on the severity of your dry skin. I found that my favorite turned out to be Deep Repair, since it provides true deep healing for the severe cracked skin I get on my hands. The fragrance of amber and jasmine in Deep Repair totally sealed the deal for me as well. The warm scent is not overwhelming and it’s just perfect for cold months. The Healing Serums dry quickly to a non-greasy finish and that means they are great for the whole body, especially hands where I need it most.
I did a little test with the NEW Vaseline® Intensive Care™ Healing Serums (Deep Repair). I decided to use the Deep Repair only on one hand for a few days and nothing at all on my other hand. You can see the dramatic difference that the Healing Serum makes in my photo below. My left hand is moisturized with no cracked skin and my right hand is red, cracked and feeling the pain of extreme dryness.
